Legal Notice & Terms of Service

1. Website owner

This website (hereinafter, "the Site") is owned by Tami — Jineth Cubides (hereinafter, "the Owner"), based in [CITY], Spain. Legal contact email: jinethcubides87@gmail.com.

The Owner operates as an independent dance teacher and performer. While her registration as a self-employed professional is being processed with the relevant Spanish authorities, these terms govern all contractual relationships arising from the provision of her services.

2. Scope

These Legal Notice and Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Site, as well as the booking of offered services (dance classes, choreography, and modelling work). Using the Site or booking any service implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Services

The Owner offers: • Dance classes: Latin rhythms, ballet, jazz and contemporary dance — both in-person and online. • Choreography creation and direction. • Modelling work.

In-person classes can take place at the Owner's home, the student's home (travel surcharge applies), or at a rented studio. Online classes are held via digital platforms agreed with the client.

4. Pricing

Current rates:

Single class (1 hour): €45 (if a package is purchased later, the single-class fee is deducted from the total)

Monthly packages: • 1 class/week (4/month): €160 — €40/class • 2 classes/week (8/month): €280 — €35/class • 3 classes/week (12/month): €360 — €30/class

Travel surcharge (at student's home): €5/class. Studio rental: charged at the venue's rate unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may be updated. Changes will not affect already-paid bookings.

5. Booking process

To request a service, the interested party must complete the registration form at: https://forms.gle/te64QujMP98vye9.

The contract is considered concluded once the Owner confirms the booking, usually via WhatsApp or email. Payment terms are agreed at the time of confirmation.

6. Cancellation & rescheduling policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a class between 24 hours and 6 hours before the start time. • Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be counted as a completed class and will not be refunded or rescheduled. • The Owner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for justified reasons (illness, force majeure), notifying the client as soon as possible.

7. Minors

Minors under 18 may only take classes with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Owner may request written consent before classes begin. The parent or guardian is responsible for compliance with these terms on the minor's behalf.

8. Intellectual property

All Site content (texts, images, videos, logos, graphic design and choreographies) belongs to the Owner or to third parties who have authorised its use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Accessing the Site grants no exploitation rights over said content.

9. Liability disclaimer

The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site and shall not be liable for damages caused by technical failures or unauthorised access beyond her control. Users are responsible for making appropriate use of the Site and services.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of [CITY], Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
