In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through the registration form (Google Forms) and direct communications (WhatsApp, email):

• Full name. • Phone number / WhatsApp account. • Email address. • Information about the requested service (class type, availability, goals). • For minors: details of the parent or legal guardian authorising the service.

We do not collect sensitive data (health, ideology, religion, etc.) unless you voluntarily share it as part of describing your training goals.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

a) Contract management: confirming bookings, sending reminders, scheduling classes. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

b) Customer support: responding to enquiries and service-related communications. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

c) Legal compliance: retaining records as required by applicable law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

d) Minors: managing parental authorisation and communicating with the legal guardian. Legal basis: contract performance / legal obligation.

4. Retention period

Your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once it ends, for the legally required periods (generally 5 years for civil and commercial obligations). After those periods, data will be securely deleted.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. However, by using Google Forms for the registration process, data is processed by Google LLC as a data processor under its Terms of Service and Data Processing Amendment, operating under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

No other international data transfers are made.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: • Access your personal data. • Rectify inaccurate data. • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten"). • Object to or restrict processing. • Request data portability.

7. Minors

Children under 14 may not provide us with their data without the prior and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without proper authorisation, we will delete it immediately.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. All communications with you are conducted through secure, personal-use channels.
